The IDF and the Israeli police forces should be the only ones to bear arms. The State of Israel should have and maintain the monopoly of violence.

To attain this objective in Gaza, a policy of WEAPONS FOR FOOD should be installed:

1 Kg. of surrendered weapons = 1 Kg. or Liter of food or 1kWh of electricity

Other adapted policies and incentives should be applied for the West Bank and Israel.

There is no other lasting solution.
